Nozzle Assembly
At work we must take apart the coke machines every night for cleaning. This include removing the nozzles and their internal diffuser. Removing the diffuser from the nozzle is often difficult, time consuming and can result in pain if it is very stuck in the nozzle.
Create a simple and easy to produce tool which allows for quick and painless removal of the internal diffuser.
-Too short for comfortable use.
-Diameter of removal end too small compared to assembly.
-Center hole diameter too small to fit around soda infuser.
-Increase removal end to better fit assembly.
-Extended removal end and handle length for easier use.
-Removed center hole as it was impractical and added conical indent for centering during use.
-Handle has a tendency to break due to stress concentration around chamfer.
